Items that are faulty will be:
1- repaired or rectified then
2- replaced if repair is not possible.
3- if the item cant be repaired or replace then a refund will be issued
All repairs and adjustments are completed free of charge, but you will need to post the item to me to be repaired. It the faulty is the result of the manufacturing process I will issue a refund on postage
